SCHEDULE & EXTRA EVENTS
The 2 main shows at St Pauls Bay on Friday & Saturday 19 & 20 June will feature 3 different bands per night.
The actual schedule & line up are still to be decided but will probably run from 8pm-2am each night. We will be
trying to sign a Greek classic rock band to join the show.

WELCOME
PARTY - at The Lindos Athena Hotel
Following the huge success of the RhodesRock08 Welcome Party, we will be running this event again on Thursday evening 18 June from 7.30pm. Philip, our great classic rock DJ, will start the evening off in his usual great style followed by live sets from some of the bands in the hotel gardens. If you missed this party in 08 don't miss out this time. It really is a fantastic night to start the week & gives you the chance to talk to the musicians in a great
relaxed party atmosphere.
Entry is restricted to those clients on the official tour package & is free. Food at extra cost. Pre-registration for this event will be needed & security wristbands will be required.
SECRET
BEACH BBQ PARTY
Exciting news about this event ! In order to make this a more private & intimate affair with the bands & our VIP guests we are taking over for the day, exclusively for RhodesRock09, a fabulous taverna set just above a private beach. The dining area is set in a shaded tropical garden so you won't have to search for shade from the sun. There are fabulous sea views &
a small path leads down to our private beach. A similar great menu to this year's event will be on offer. Vegetarians welcome but please let us know so that we can cater for you properly !
Our chartered boat, which holds 130
passengers, will collect guests from 10am on Monday 22 June from St Pauls Bay, Lindos & take them on the 30 minute cruise
to our 'Secret Beach'. It will certainly be making 2 trips & if necessary will make a 3rd ( if you don't like boats we can get you there by taxi ). Again, DJ Philip will start things off & one of the bands will be playing a private live set during the afternoon. There will be
plenty of tables & chairs in the spacious outdoor taverna or you can take your food down to the beach if you wish. Wherever you decide to spend your time you'll be
listening to great music !
We will have a taxi hotline so you can return to Lindos whenever you wish or stay all evening if the mood takes you but from 7pm the taverna will be re-opening to the
public.
Entry is restricted to those clients on the official tour package & is free. Food is optional at extra cost. The boat service will be 5 euros + your taxi back to Lindos which, with 4 in a cab, will be c. 3 euros. Pre registration for this event will be necessary & security wristbands required.
LAST
NIGHT PARTY
Due to the great popularity of the Ancient Amphitheatre as a venue for our last night party in 08 we are planning something very special in the same venue but we must first get the permission & co-operation of the Lindos Council for which we are presently in discussions.
More news as soon as it comes in.

If it all comes together, entry & best seats will be at a nominal 5 euros to our official tour package guests to cover staging costs. Due to the restricted numbers that the venue allows there may be some full price tickets available to the general public on the gate but this will not be known until nearer the date. The venue will be screened off from outside view.
