SCHEDULE & EXTRA EVENTS
For
2011 RhodesRock will again feature 3 nights in Lindos with 2 shows at St
Pauls Bay 11th & 12th June & a 3rd special show in front of the 2,500
year old Ancient Amphitheatre in the village featuring Letz Zep & Think
Floyd on 13th June. For those on the 2 week holiday there will also be a
double header featuring Live Wire & The P.L.O.T. on 5th June in the
capital Rhodes Town.

WELCOME
PARTY - on Pallas Beach, Lindos
Due
to ever increasing numbers we will be moving this event to Pallas Beach
for 2011. It will be on Thursday evening 9th June from 7.30pm. The beach
will be closed off for our VIP guests & Philip, our great classic rock
DJ, will start the evening off in his usual great style followed by live
sets from some of the bands right on the beach. There will be 3 tavernas
open to keep you fed & watered & you can lay on the sunbeds, sit on the
sand or even swim in the sea whilst listening to the best in live
classic rock. This promises to be a fantastic night to start the week &
gives you the chance to talk to the musicians in a great relaxed party
atmosphere.
Entry is restricted to those clients on the official tour package & is
free. Pre-registration for this event will be needed & security
wristbands will be required.
FAREWELL PARTY – venue to be announced
We
are still talking to a couple of venues about staging our Farewell
Party. Again it will feature our DJ Philip & more live sets from the
bands. More news as it comes in.

LETZ ZEP & THINK FLOYD AT THE ANCIENT AMPHITHEATRE
At
RhodesRock2010 this show was something very special with the Ancient
Amphitheatre as a venue lending itself perfectly to the music of Pink
Floyd……but this year Letz Zep will be joining in making this a show not
to be missed. Again we will be erecting a full stage with lighting &
sound gantry immediately in front of the Ancient Amphitheatre on Monday
13th June. The bands will be performing a special set of Zep & Floyd
classics in this fantastic location.
With this incredible venue in front of the 2,500 year old Amphitheatre (
see photo below ) we are sure this will be another night to be
remembered for years to come.

Entry
& exclusive access to the front of stage area will be included in the
holiday cost for our official tour package guests. Additional general
entry tickets will be available later to the general public. The venue
will be screened off from outside view.

Our VIP package includes flights, accommodation, best tickets for
all shows with access to the front of stage VIP area & free
entry to the parties with the bands. These parties will be by
invitation only to those booking the official travel package
with us & will include a Welcome Party & Farewell Party. Both of
these events will be featuring extra live performance.
